I became a professional photographer and a FAA certified drone pilot after 15 years of selling real estate. And I don’t think I could have been successful all those years if I didn’t enjoy the creative side of this business. I believe, successful realtors understand that professional photos are the key to competitive marketing. The majority of buyers start their home search online, and you have only one chance to make a good first impression. Having worked in real estate myself, I know exactly what you need, and I will be happy to help you sell your listings faster and for more money.

I am very meticulous about the quality of the images I deliver. So, I use the latest camera equipment and editing software to create beautiful photographs . But, I try to avoid unnecessary editing techniques to make sure the images look natural.

Lyuda was quick to answer all questions and made sure the listing pictures were taken on the day the seller requested. Even though it was last minute, she made it all happen! On top of accommodating to our schedule, she took the time to drive by the property the day before to make sure it was clean and ready for pictures… WOW!!
