Lyuda’s picture’s are just beautiful. I use her on all of my listings. She is quick to get the appointment’s scheduled, and great working with the sellers if they happen to be there. I used her to take the pictures of my sisters house, and she said we made her home look better than it does in person. I said, well, we did our job then. Sold in 2 days with multiple offers. Lyuda was quick to answer all questions and made sure the listing pictures were taken on the day the seller requested. Even though it was last minute, she made it all happen! On top of accommodating to our schedule, she took the time to drive by the property the day before to make sure it was clean and ready for pictures… WOW!! No other photographer I’ve used in the past has gone the extra mile to ensure home is prepared. For this specific listing, Lyuda took Drone/Aerial photos, Listing photos, and 3D Virtual Staged photos of certain rooms which all turned out absolutely amazing!! My experience with Lyuda went very smooth, she provided listing photos in less than 24 hours, unbeatable value, responded to all my calls/texts right away, kept me in the loop for everything, and much more – I can safely say I have found my photographer :) I recommend Lyuda to everyone!
